The Vollrath CO4-120HS half-size convection oven operates from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit for baking, reheating, warming, and defrosting food. Fans and shrouds distribute air throughout the chamber to promote even baking. A 120-minute timer shuts off the heaters when the baking cycle ends, while a continuous-on setting maintains heat for extended operation. A broil function provides top heat for browning and finishing.
The Vollrath CO4-120HS convection oven includes three stainless steel shelves for arranging pans inside the chamber. Low-profile lights help staff check food without reducing clearance above the pans, and the door gasket limits heat loss to maintain cooking temperatures. Operators can remove the door for simplified cleaning. The stainless steel components resist corrosion and provide durable surfaces that can be wiped clean.
