Vollrath CO4-120HS Description
The Vollrath CO4-120HS countertop convection oven is a black, half-size unit featuring a cooking chamber that measures 18 9⁄16 inches wide by 14 1⁄2 inches deep by 9 7⁄16 inches high. It’s equipped with three stainless steel wire shelves, which can be height adjusted as needed. The low-profile lights illuminate the interior without taking up much valuable cooking space.
The Vollrath CO4-120HS countertop convection oven measures 23 5⁄16 inches wide by 25 7⁄16 inches deep by 18 7⁄16 inches high overall. It has three control knobs mounted on the front of the unit and is equipped with a continuous-on function and a broil function. For thorough cleaning, the oven door can be removed.
