Equipex FC-60/1 Description
The Equipex FC-60/1 half-size convection oven comes with four 13-inch-by-18-inch wire shelves that hold four half-size sheet pans. A convection pattern is created by the heater assembly and rear fan, evenly heating the cabinet. Air flow in the oven provides quick, uniform heating at temperatures as high as 570 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can easily track the cooking progress with the 120-minute timer. When opening the door, staff members are protected from burns by its cool-to-the-touch exterior. Constructed of stainless steel, the interior and exterior of the Equipex FC-60/1 half-size convection oven are durable and easy to clean.

Very pleased with this oven
A BIT OF BACKGROUND-- I'm a retired Pastry Chef. Every other weekend it's PASTRIES ON THE LAWN POP-UP. From scratch French country pastries and sandwiches. I did a little advertising and the next thing that I knew I was selling out in 30 minutes. Lines of people were turned away. I had to do something! Now about this oven -- I only use it for laminated dough products. I can only use two of the racks due to the size of my croissants oven rise. It does an absolutely wonderful job baking off the pastries. Keep in mind I only use it every other week. I start it 2AM Saturday and Sunday mornings and it bakes until 9AM-ish. I played with temperature and times, it's not the most precise oven I've ever operated. However, once I set it up it has worked perfect. How would it work for heavy everyday use? I'm not sure. But for my needs it's pretty darn close to perfect. The price was right, it was plug and play. I need an oven ASAP, ordered it on Friday and had it in here and being used on Wednesday. Ka-Tom was great to work with and the delivery company went above and beyond! Again, for my needs this oven is perfect.

Great oven
Just got this oven and used it for thanksgiving the first time. It worked great. Was able to put full sized cookie sheets into oven. Solved my lack of oven space perfectly.
