MoTak MST-48-18-X Description
The MoTak MST-48-18-X sandwich/salad prep table has a stainless steel exterior with an aluminum back and interior. Product sits in 18 sixth-size pans in the top cutout, and sandwiches and salads can be prepared on the full-length, poly-vinyl cutting board in the front. Additional product can stored in the refrigerated cabinet below the prep area. The unit's two doors stay open past 90 degrees for loading and cleaning, but self-close at shorter angles to keep cold air in and hot air out.
The MoTak MST-48-18-X uses R290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures in a range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The digital display shows internal temperatures and the status of the unit is monitored by self-diagnostics. This unit comes on four factory-installed 4-inch swivel casters with brakes and its condenser coils are easy to access for regular cleanings.

Review this product!
Disappointed
Received and installed today. Several issues: 1) specs state it is 29.5" deep, but it is 34" deep and did not fit through the door. 2) description states if fits 24 1/6 pans, but it only fits 18. 3) description states it has a removable drip pan under 1/6 pans, but does not. 4) several screws were not tightened or inserted, 7 in total. 5) digital display is in back of unit and can't be seen unless you slide the cooler out. Would have been nice to know.

as a 48 inch wide mega top prep table. i would say this one
design is very good. drain line is good. condensing coil is easy to be cleaned. very simple design. anyone who purchase this prep table. they will be happy. I purchased one unit. after a month. I got another one. this unit is worthy of what I paid for
