Wood Stone FIREDECK11260 Description
To retain generated temperatures and increase efficiency, the Wood Stone FIREDECK11260 pizza oven is built with spun ceramic fiber insulation. It features a stainless steel mantle that resists corrosion while creating a professional look, and for structural integrity and lasting durability, this unit is designed with a tensioned steel exoskeleton. Overall, it measures 111 3⁄4 inches wide by 67 1⁄4 inches deep by 84 inches high.
With its 28-square-foot cooking surface, the Wood Stone FIREDECK11260 deck oven can accommodate as many as (50) 8-inch pizzas at a time. To enhance performance and keep up with high-volume needs, it's built with a thermostatically controlled infrared underfloor burner and two manually adjustable radiant flames. This unit can be powered by natural gas or liquid propane depending on the user's needs, and it outputs a total of 350,000 BTUs.
