Wood Stone FIREDECK8645 Description
To improve efficiency by preserving heat, the Wood Stone FIREDECK8645 pizza oven is built with spun ceramic fiber insulation. It features a 15-square-foot cooking surface that enables it to accommodate as many as (20) 8-inch pizzas at a time. Its cast-ceramic hearth helps create crispy, consistent crusts, while its infrared underfloor burner improves performance. Depending on operator requirements, this unit can be powered by natural or LP gas.
For strength and structural stability, the Wood Stone FIREDECK8645 deck oven is built with a tensioned steel exoskeleton. To add durability, it features a galvanized steel top, back, and sides, a stainless steel mantle and front, and a glass heat shield. To ease loading and unloading, its door opening measures 56 inches wide by 10 inches high; overall, this unit measures 853⁄4 inches wide by 52 1/2 inches deep by 771⁄2 inches high.
