Powered by LP or natural gas depending on operator requirements, the Wood Stone FIREDECK6045 deck oven outputs a total of 160,000 BTUs. It features a 9-square-foot cooking surface that can accommodate (16) 8-inch, (10) 10-inch, (6) 12-inch, or (4) 16-inch pizzas at a time. For optimal results and crispy crusts, this unit is designed with a 4-inch-thick cast-ceramic hearth and dome.
To improve efficiency by preserving generated heat, the Wood Stone FIREDECK6045 pizza oven is insulated with spun ceramic fiber. For durability and strength, it's built with a tensioned steel exoskeleton in addition to a stainless steel mantle and front that resist corrosion. To improve control and performance, this unit features a thermostatically controlled infrared underfloor burner. Overall, it measures 593⁄4 inches wide by 523⁄4 inches deep by 781⁄4 inches high.
