Wood Stone FIREDECK11290 Description
The Wood Stone FIREDECK11290 deck oven is designed with a tensioned steel exoskeleton to provide lasting strength and structural stability. Its stainless steel mantle resists rust and corrosion, while its 6-inch-thick cast-ceramic hearth and dome consistently create crispy pizza crusts. This unit's 48-square-foot cooking surface can accommodate a maximum of (75) 8-inch pizzas or (12) 20-inch pizzas at a time—ideal for high-volume establishments.
The Wood Stone FIREDECK11290 pizza oven measures 112 1⁄4inches wide by 97 1⁄2 inches deep by 87 3⁄4 inches high and features a 60 inch-wide by 10-inch-high door opening to ease loading and unloading. Depending on the operator's requirements, it can be configured to use LP or natural gas, though the gas type must be specified when ordered. To provide precise heat control and increase output, this unit features two manually adjustable radiant flames as well as a thermostatically controlled infrared underfloor burner.
