Wood Stone FIREDECK9660 Description
With its 23-square-foot cooking surface, the Wood Stone FIREDECK9660 deck oven can accommodate as many as (40) 8-inch pizzas at a time. To enhance performance and keep up with high-volume needs, it's built with a thermostatically controlled infrared underfloor burner and two manually adjustable radiant flames. This unit can be powered by LP or natural gas depending on the operator's needs, and it outputs a total of 350,000 BTUs.
To preserve generated heat and improve efficiency, the Wood Stone FIREDECK9660 pizza oven is built with spun ceramic fiber insulation. It features a stainless steel mantle that resists corrosion while creating a professional look. For durability and structural integrity, this unit is designed with a tensioned steel exoskeleton. Overall, it measures 953⁄4 inches wide by 67 inches deep by 791/2 inches high.
