True Refrigeration TSSU-60-24M-B-ST-HC Description

Part of the mega-top line, the True TSSU-60-24M-B-ST-HC prep table has an additional row in the top compartment, providing space for 24 sixth-size pans. These pans are included, and they are made of polycarbonate and have a 4-inch depth. A hood and lid assembly covers the top food pan area to keep cold air around the ingredients, maintain product freshness, and prevent condensation buildup. Spanning the width of the table, a cutting board enables users to assemble salads and sandwiches close to the ingredients.

Storage space in the cabinet base is provided by four adjustable, coated shelves, and because these shelves have a wire design, they have gaps that encourage even airflow. The liner in the cabinet is made of clear-coated aluminum—a material that resists dents and corrosion. Constructed of stainless steel, the heavy-duty interior floor has coved corners that eliminate debris-trapping crevices, streamlining the cleaning process.

Depending on the application, the operator can set the temperature as low as 33 degrees Fahrenheit or as high as 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and the refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain these levels. Accessing the condenser is convenient since it slides out at the back. Keeping the condensing coil clean, the condensing fan motor reverses when the compressor starts to rid it of dust and dirt. This automatic mechanism improves the unit's efficiency to provide optimal temperatures for stored product. Routine preventative maintenance should be executed to ensure the best results. The True TSSU-60-24M-B-ST-HC prep table has 5-inch-diameter stem castors, so it can be moved for clear service access.

After 2 year everything is good, but...

Owned this sandwich prep for 2 years now. I replaced an old True sandwich prep that gave up after 15 years. You can see some improvement in the new model. True refrigerators are usually very solid and this one is no exception. But... Just after a few months I noticed some rusty liquid in the drain pan, something is getting rusty inside the fridge and rust get carried in the drain pan. That's not a good sign, I inquired with True willing to provide pictures but they don't even bother to reply. But wait, there is more: every few months or so we find a discharge of water inside the cooler, seems like condensation system can't drain properly, it happens in summer or winter, very randomly.
