Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-N Description
The Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-N prep table has a durable stainless steel interior and exterior that facilitate cleaning. A top compartment holds 24 sixth-size pans in three rows, as a forced-air system keeps every side of the pan cold for proper cooling. Insulated lids protect ingredients in the pans from contamination and keep product fresh while the full-length cutting board is ideal for ingredient prep and final dish assembly in service areas. In the cabinet base, additional product can be stored on two stainless steel shelves.
Polyurethane insulation in this Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-N prep table is foamed in place to keep cold air around product, and an adjustable temperature can be set on the digital control system. A display shows temperatures so users can monitor the level while dirt and debris on the condenser is removed by a self-cleaning device, preventing premature issues in the refrigeration system.
