The Hoshizaki KM-830MAK2 KM Edge™ ice machine head produces up to 777 pounds of crescent cube ice per 24 hours in commercial foodservice, hospitality, and beverage operations. An air-cooled, self-contained condenser supports ice production while using R290 refrigerant, and the stainless steel evaporator is designed for long-term operation. The unit produces individual crescent-shaped cubes that help maximize beverage displacement, while the CycleSaver design reduces the number of production cycles. An EverCheck alert system monitors operation and communicates diagnostic information when service attention is needed.
Engineered for maintenance accessibility, the Hoshizaki KM-830MAK2 ice machine head features removable air filters and panels that provide access to internal components.
