The Hoshizaki KM-340MAJ crescent cube ice machine produces 315 to 404 pounds of ice in a 24-hour period, though the exact production capability depends on the ambient temperature where the unit is located. Crescent ice's unique shape allows it to melt slowly, preventing drink dilution and maintaining a great taste for an extended period of time.
