John Boos ST6-2496SSK-X Description
Great for manual prepping and use with small equipment, the John Boos ST6-2496SSK work table is made of 16-gauge stainless steel—a durable metal thinner than 14-gauge options yet thicker than 18-gauge options. It has a flat top without a backsplash. It can be lined up flush with walls since the sides are turned down 90 degrees. Less sharp than the side edges, the front and back edges have a dull and safe stallion design, while the base is made of stainless steel and includes an adjustable undershelf for supplies storage. It's mounted on adjustable bullet feet that keep the table from wobbling on non-level surfaces.
