Constructed of 16-gauge stainless steel, the John Boos ST6-24108SSK worktable's top is polished to a satin finish that eliminates rough edges or crevices where microbes can breed. Suited for hand prep tasks, this tabletop isn't a good fit for supporting heavy equipment such as meat slicers or large-volume mixers. Mounted on tubular stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet, the table's top can be leveled to ensure the work surface remains even during long-term use.
