Southbend PCHE75S/T-V Description
With touchscreen controls, the Southbend PCHE75S/T-V Platinum single half-size convection oven adjusts fan, temperature, and timer settings. Operators can program recipes and use the unit’s rack mode to simultaneously cook various items. Using the solid-state thermostat, the temperature can be set from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and it features a holding temperature between 140 and 200 degrees. Its two-speed blower fan evenly circulates heat throughout the oven chamber. This unit comes standard with 4-inch legs.
Measuring 30 inches wide by 29 13⁄20 inches deep by 33 inches high, the Southbend PCHE75S/T-V convection oven includes five plated racks, and for adjustable rack placement, the oven has 11-position rack guides. This oven’s stainless steel body and aluminized steel back panel are corrosion resistant and durable, while its interior is made of enamel-finish porcelain. Staff can check on food as it cooks through the door’s glass window.
