Southbend PCHE75S/T-V Description
The Southbend PCHE75S/T-V Platinum single half-size convection oven is equipped with thermostatic controls ensuring accurate temperature adjustments; it can be set from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Rear-mounted heating elements produce hot air throughout the chamber, while a two-speed blower fan provides even heat distribution. For heat retention, the oven has a stainless steel exterior and porcelain enameled interior. This unit comes standard with 4-inch legs.
Measuring 15 4⁄5 inches wide by 21 3⁄10 inches deep by 20 inches high, the Southbend PCHE75S/T-V convection oven’s interior features 11-position rack guides and comes with five plated oven racks. With a single door featuring a glass panel, operators can clearly view the oven’s interior to manage the cooking process. This unit is ventless, so it can be installed in a kitchen without a hood.
