Southbend PCHE75S/T-V Description
The Southbend PCHE75S/T-V Platinum single half-size convection oven’s control panel is side mounted and placed away from the unit’s high-efficiency heating elements for user safety. Its five wire racks can be placed in 11 positions spaced 15/8 inches apart. This oven has a ventless hood with a two-speed fan and forced cool-down mode, and it measures 30 inches wide by 2913/20 inches deep by 33 inches high overall.
Constructed of stainless steel with an aluminized steel back panel, the Southbend PCHE75S/T-V convection oven offers a long-lasting performance. The porcelain interior has an enamel finish and coved corners that simplify the cleaning process. Operators can monitor the interior through the door’s glass window, and this unit is equipped with touchscreen controls that adjust temperature, timer, and fan settings. With a digital display that provides accurate temperature readouts, this oven can reach temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit and has a holding temperature range of 140 to 200 degrees.
