Southbend PCHE75S/T-V Description
With a patented plug-in, plug-out control panel, the Southbend PCHE75S/T-V Platinum single half-size convection oven provides a digital display for convenient servicing. Operators can use the touchscreen controls to set the unit between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, while its holding mode can be set between 140 and 200 degrees. The two-speed fan distributes hot air throughout the cabinet according to its programmed settings.This unit comes standard with 4-inch legs.
The Southbend PCHE75S/T-V convection oven has a stainless steel exterior and porcelain interior for optimal heat retention and durability. This unit features an enameled interior finish and coved corners for simplified cleaning; it also features a glass door for food monitoring. Equipped with 11-position rack guides, operators can adjust the five included racks in 1 5⁄8-inch increments. Measuring 33 inches high, this unit is ventless for versatile placement and easy installation.
