Southbend PCHE75S/T Description
An ideal product for kitchens with limited space, the Southbend PCHE75S/T Platinum convection oven has a half-size, single-deck design that can accommodate five plated oven racks. To fit a variety of pan arrangements, the racks can be adjusted along the 11-position rack guides. With a stainless steel exterior, this item can withstand heavy use, and the interior is made of enameled porcelain that retains heat. To ease cleaning by limiting debris buildup, this unit also has coved corners. The single door has a high-efficiency window to provide a view of the cooking process.
Featuring intuitive touchscreen controls, the Southbend PCHE75S/T convection oven permits users to program recipe and timer functions. This unit maintains a temperature range of 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit, and it also features a forced cool down mode to rapidly lower oven temperatures. To provide stability, this unit sits on four 4-inch stainless steel legs.
