Southbend PCHE75S/T Description
The Southbend PCHE75S/T single half-size convection oven is part of the Platinum series, so it's equipped with signature high-efficiency elements that effectively cook through product. As the interior is made of durable porcelain enamel, it’s heat retentive, while the coved corners prevent debris from building up. The front, top, and sides of the unit are made of high-strength stainless steel, and the back is made of aluminized steel. The 154/5-inch interior fits five racks that can be adjusted across the 11-position rack guide.
The Southbend PCHE75S/T convection oven has a side-mounted touchscreen control panel meant for adjusting time and temperature; the temperature can be set between 140 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. With the digital display, users can monitor the running time and temperature. The unit’s rack mode is ideal for cooking all items at once—ideal for high-volume output.
