Southbend PCHE75S/T Description
The Southbend PCHE75S/T single half-size convection oven features a simple-to-use touchscreen control panel that’s side mounted, keeping it away from the heating elements to minimize burn or scald hazards. Employees can select between multiple modes, and ‘rack mode’ is great for cooking items in bulk to completeness in high-volume establishments. This control panel has an adjustable temperature range from 150 and 550 degrees, and it features a hold mode that can be set between 140 and 200 degrees.
From the Platinum series, the Southbend PCHE75S/T convection oven’s exterior is made of all stainless steel, while the interior is finished in porcelain enamel. The compartment is constructed with an individual door featuring a viewing window to monitor product as it cooks. This door opens fully at 180 degrees—useful for efficient stocking. With the time and temperature display, the oven’s running conditions are simple to track.
