Southbend PCHE75S/T Description
The single compartment of the Southbend PCHE75S/T single half-size oven measures 154/5 inches and features five racks that can be adjusted across the 11-position rack guide. The unit’s porcelain enamel interior is a great heat insulator, while the coved corners create an effective, simple-to-clean design. An individual door with a viewing window offers simple visibility so operators can monitor product throughout the cooking process. The exterior front, top, and sides are made of stainless steel, and the unit features an aluminized steel back.
At the side of the Southbend PCHE75S/T single half-size oven is a touchscreen control panel. This panel offers the following operations for adjustment of time, temperature, and a pre-set rack mode. Temperatures are adjustable from 150 to 550 degrees, and the unit offers a holding range from 140 to 200 degrees after the cook cycle is complete. Conditions can be tracked with the digital display, which offers both time and temperature. When service is needed, this control panel simply slides out.
