Southbend PCE22S/SD Description
Made of durable stainless steel, the Southbend PCE22S/SD double-deck convection oven is ideal for heavy use. The interior is constructed of porcelain for heat retention and features an enamel finish that can be quickly wiped clean. The double-deck design is ideal for high-volume use and enables utilization of various cooking methods from roasting to baking. So air can circulate around the machine, the full unit sits of four 6-inch stainless steel legs.
The Southbend PCE22S/SD Platinum double convection oven is fitted with thermostatic controls that can operate the unit between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit for precise cooking. A timer is also provided that can be set as high as 60 minutes. Operators can monitor the process through the windows on the doors with internal light provided at the top of each unit. The heavy-duty handles are designed to remain cool to the touch throughout use.
