Southbend PCE22S/SD Description
From the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE22S/SD double-deck convection oven is a full-sized unit ideal for high-volume locations. The unit's exterior is made of durable stainless steel, while the interior is made of enamel-coated porcelain for heat retention. Each cabinet is fitted with five wire racks for convenience. The doors feature a center window with an additional window on the right of each door; these, in addition to the interior lighting, allows operators to view food as it cooks.
The Southbend PCE22S/SD full-sized convection oven operates using simple, precise thermostatic controls. Additional controls are provided for a 60-minute timer and for the forced cool down mode. The unit produces set temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and it sits on four 6-inch stainless steel legs.
