Southbend PCE22S/SD Description
Featuring a double-deck design, the Southbend PCE22S/SD Platinum convection oven is ideal for high-volume locations. Each section operates with solid-state controls, which manipulate the temperature and control the 60-minute timer. Heat production for each deck ranges from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and this heat is circulated evenly via the two-speed motorized fans.
The exterior of the Southbend PCE22S/SD double-deck convection oven is made of stainless steel for durability and longevity, while the interior is constructed of enamel-coated porcelain for heat retention and easy cleaning. Each deck has two doors that operate dependently; a single handle opens both, and they interlock when closed to create a secure seal. Inside are five wire shelves per section that can be adjusted among the 11-position rack guide as needed.
