Southbend PCE22S/SD Description
The Southbend PCE22S/SD Platinum double-deck convection oven is fitted with thermostatic controls that operate the unit between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit for a precise cook. A timer is also provided that can be set as high as 60 minutes. Operators can visually monitor the process through the windows on the doors with internal light provided at the top of each unit. With a heavy-duty design, the handles remain cool to the touch.
For durability through heavy use, the Southbend PCE22S/SD convection oven is built of stainless steel along the exterior with an interior made of enamel-coated porcelain; this design retains heat and is easy to clean. Five wire racks are provided in each oven for convenience, and they can be rearranged among the 11 different levels as needed. This unit is mounted on 6-inch legs.
