Southbend PCE22B/SI Description
The interior of the Southbend PCE22B/SI convection oven measures 29 inches wide by 20 inches high to hold five plated rack guides per cavity; these racks can be adjusted across the 11-position rack guides, which are spaced 1 5⁄8 inches apart. The interior has a porcelain finish, which is heat retentive and simple to clean with its coved corners. Because of the unit’s stainless steel construction, it’s durable, corrosion resistant, and simple to clean. The unit is constructed with two independent doors outfitted with energy-saving glass windows.
Great for reducing burn risks, the Southbend PCE22B/SI Platinum bakery-depth double full-size oven’s control panel is completely side mounted and placed away from the heating elements. Temperatures can be set between140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the timer can be set as long as 60 minutes. The heat-on indicator communicates when the preset temperature is reached, and for maintenance, this panel pulls out 17 inches.
