Southbend PCE22B/SI Description
The Southbend PCE22B/SI full-size oven offers a double-stack design that holds five plated racks and an 11-positton rack guide per cavity. The interior is finished in porcelain enamel and has coved corners, so it’s heat retentive and simple to clean after intense use. The unit’s top, sides, and rear jacket are made of stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance. Because of the high-temperature lighting system, the product inside is simple to see.
A control panel is side-mounted to the Southbend PCE22B/SI oven, which operators can use to adjust temperature, time, and fan speed. Temperature can be set between 140 and 500 degrees, and it’s possible to program the timer as long as 60 minutes. This panel slides out for simple service as needed; it extends out 17 inches. To reduce scald and burn hazards, it’s fully side mounted away from the heating elements.
