Temperature and time are simple to adjust on the Southbend PCE22B/SI Platinum bakery-depth double full-size oven. The control panel is side mounted away from the high-efficiency elements to reduce burn or scald hazards, and it features adjustable fan modes, heat ranges, and timespans. It extends as far as 17 inches for simple maintenance and service.
The Southbend PCE22B/SI bakery-depth full-size convection oven utilizes a double-stack and holds five plated oven racks per cavity that can be adjusted on 11-position rack guides. The porcelain enamel finish is heat retentive and simple to clean with its coved corners. The exterior front, sides, top, and rear jacket are constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel. The interior stays illuminated with high-temperature lighting.
