Southbend PCE22B/SI Description
High-efficiency elements are installed inside the Southbend PCE22B/SI bakery-depth full-size convection oven, which features a temperature range from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. 1⁄2-horsepower efficient fans circulate hot air inside the cavity effectively. The exterior is made of stainless steel, so it’s durable, corrosion resistant, and simple to clean after use. The interior’s porcelain enamel finish is heat retentive and features coved corners that ease cleaning.
This Southbend PCE22B/SI full-size convection oven is a double-stack unit with 11 position guide racks and five plated shelves per cavity. It’s fitted with two metal doors featuring energy-saving windows that thoroughly hold heat. A simple-to-use control panel is side-mounted to this convection oven, placed away from the heating elements to reduce scald and burn hazards. For simple maintenance and service, it slides out 17 inches.
