Southbend PCE15S/SD-V Description
Part of the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE15S/SD-V full-size convection oven has a double-deck design that's ideal for producing multiple types of food simultaneously. Each oven deck has five racks that can be adjusted when necessary using the 11-position rack guides. Each oven chamber has interior lighting to provide a clear view when operating, and each deck has two dependent doors that are windowed to permit users to see into the oven to monitor the cooking process closely. The unit’s exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interior is constructed of porcelain enamel.
Operation of the Southbend PCE15S/SD-V convection oven is done with the control panel located on the front right of each oven deck. Operators can use these controls to program temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. These controls can be used to set various cook timers and can easily slide out for efficient, safe servicing.
