Southbend PCE15S/SD-V Description
To provide ample space for producing large batches of food to meet restaurant demand, the Southbend PCE15S/SD full-size convection oven has a double-deck design. This unit is made of stainless steel to resist dents and corrosion, and each deck has two dependent doors and stay-cool handles to enable safe, efficient operation. Each oven interior is made of porcelain enamel and features coved corners to aid in heat retention and even heat distribution. Each oven cavity holds five oven racks that can be adjusted along the 11-position rack guides.
Operation of the PCE15S/SD-V convection oven is done through the control panel on the front right side of the unit. Operators can program various temperature settings and cook timers as required. The two-speed motorized fan distributes hot air through the unit to heat from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and when servicing is required, the control panel simply slides out.
