Southbend PCE15S/SD Description
An item from the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE15S/SD full-size convection oven can be set between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit through the control panel located on the front right side of each oven deck. Operators can use the controls to program various temperature settings in addition to the 60-minute mechanical cook timer. This panel slides out for simple maintenance.
To extend the unit's lifespan, the stainless steel construction of the Southbend PCE15S/SD convection oven provides resistance to dents and corrosion. This item has a double-deck design that offers two oven chambers for food production. Each oven cavity is made of enameled porcelain to aid in heat retention while resisting wear and tear. There are five adjustable oven racks in each oven chamber, and the chambers feature coved corners that prevent debris and bacteria from building up in crevices. There are two doors on each oven deck that work dependently, meaning both can be opened with just one hand, and to ensure safe operation, each door has a stay-cool handle.
