Southbend PCE15S/SD Description
The Southbend PCE15S/SD Platinum dual-convection oven features two compartments in a single section, enabling users to prepare various dishes at different temperatures to save time and energy. Each section is fitted with five wire racks, which are lit by internal lighting. In addition to the lights, the windowed design provides a view of the food cooking inside. The cool-touch handles ensure a safe grip when handling the doors.
To activate the Southbend PCE15S/SD double convection oven, each section provides thermostatic controls for precise control of heat settings; the timer can be set as high as 60 minutes. The front, top, sides, rear, and doors are all made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of enamel-finished porcelain.
