Southbend PCE15S/SD Description
Made of stainless steel, the Southbend PCE15S/SD convection oven can withstand the wear and tear of a fast-paced foodservice environment. This unit has a double-deck design that provides ample space for producing food—ideal for preparing large catering orders or for bakeries requiring large batches of pastry items. Each oven chamber has five oven racks that can be adjusted to fit different pan sizes. Each oven interior is made of porcelain enamel to aid in heat retention and has coved corners to ensure optimal airflow within the chamber.
Each oven deck on the Southbend PCE15S/SD double-deck convection oven is fitted with two dependent doors, meaning both can be opened with a single hand. This product can maintain temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and oven temperatures are programmed with the control panel located on the front right side of each oven deck. This control panel can slide-out for simple, full-view servicing.
