Southbend PCE15S/SD Description
The Southbend PCE15S/SD Platinum double convection oven is ideal for high-volume locations because it can be used to cook various recipes simultaneously. Most of the unit is made of durable stainless steel, while the interior is made of heat-retentive porcelain with an enamel finish. The unit is fitted with four windows, two of which are on the steel doors, to provide a view of food as it cooks. For user safety, the handle remains cool to touch.
The solid-state thermostatic controls provide operation of the Southbend PCE15S/SD full-sized convection oven and can be used to set the unit's temperature between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit also features rear-mounted sheath-type heating elements. Each deck is fitted with five adjustable shelves lit by LED lighting, and this unit sits on four 6-inch legs.
