Vulcan VC6ED Description

Ideal for use in commercial bakeries, the Vulcan VC6ED single-deck electric convection is bakery depth, which is deeper than other Vulcan convection ovens. Its interior measures 29 inches wide by 26 1⁄8 inches deep by 20 inches high, and it’s equipped with five nickel-plated oven racks—each of which has a 28 1⁄4-inch-wide by 24 1⁄2-inch-deep design. These racks can be positioned in 11 different spots, and a positive rack stop secures them in place. Electric solid-sheath elements heat the unit from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and can be adjusted with solid-state temperature controls. A two-speed oven blower motor circulates hot air evenly, and non-sagging insulation is integrated into its top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors to retain heat for back-to-back use.

The Vulcan VC6ED electric convection oven has a stainless steel front, sides, and top to withstand common wear from loading and unloading product on a daily basis. Both of its stainless steel doors open independently, enabling users to reach product and reduce heat loss by opening one door at a time. Double-paned windows are built into the doors so users can peer inside the porcelain enamel interior to check on cooking progress. To ensure the unit remains stable, the 40-inch-wide by 46 1⁄4-inch-deep by 54 3⁄4-inch-high unit is supported by 23 3⁄4-inch legs.
