The 10 racks in the Vulcan VC66ED full-size electric convection oven are nickel plated for durability, and they can be repositioned in 22 ways. Streamlining use, the doors can be opened with one hand, and they feature double-paned windows that provide a look at product in the cabinet. Lights in each deck illuminate food, and for heating, the decks each include solid-sheath heating elements. This unit's doors, front, top, and sides are made of stainless steel to provide resilience and resistance to rust and corrosion.
To indicate when cooking is complete, this Vulcan VC66ED bakery-depth double convection oven features a 60-minute timer. Using solid-state controls, employees can adjust the temperature from 150 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Insulation in the unit reduces the amount of heat loss, helping save money on energy costs. Streamlining cleanup, the interior is porcelain enameled, and a rapid cool-down switch makes it safe to access the cabinet with a reduced risk of burns. Employees can sweep underneath the unit due to its 8-inch legs.
