Vulcan VC66ED Description
The Vulcan VC66ED double full-size convection oven has independent doors that can be opened with one hand, reducing the amount of energy loss. This unit has two decks with bakery-style depths that accommodate full-size pans in side-to-side and front-to-back configurations. Each deck has five oven racks that can be adjusted in 11 different positions, and they're nickel plated for strength. Featuring a temperature range of 150 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit can be adjusted with solid-state controls. It features a 60-minute timer that informs employees of when food is done cooking. To sweep underneath it, it's positioned on 8-inch legs.
Double-pane windows on the Vulcan VC66ED bakery-depth convection oven enable monitoring of food as it cooks, and interior lights enhance the display. Great for high-volume use, the front, top, sides, and doors are made of durable stainless steel, and the interior is porcelain enameled so it can be wiped clean. Reducing heat loss, the decks have non-sagging insulation, and to eliminate heat when it's time for cleaning, it features a rapid cool-down switch. This unit is heated with solid-sheath heating elements.
