Vulcan VC66ED Description
To streamline cleaning, the Vulcan VC66ED double full-size electric convection oven has a porcelain-enameled interior that can be wiped down after use. The exterior is made of stainless steel, providing durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. A switch on the oven rapidly cools down the interior, enabling safe access for cleaning. Solid-state controls let users adjust the temperature from 150 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, and a 60-minute timer counts down until food is finished cooking.
The Vulcan VC66ED bakery-depth electric convection oven has sag-resistant insulation all throughout to reduce heat loss, saving money on energy. Its doors are equipped with double-pane glass that provides visibility of food inside without having to open one of them. To reduce heat loss when the cabinet is accessed, the doors open independently. Both of the decks are brightened with lights to make it easier to view cooking product, and they have bakery depths to accommodate full-size pans front to back or side to side. Each deck is fitted with five nickel-plated racks that can be adjusted in 11 different positions.
