Vulcan VC66ED Description

The Vulcan VC66ED bakery-depth convection oven's front, sides, top, and doors are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It's elevated on 8-inch legs, enabling employees to sweep underneath it, and to further streamline cleaning, the interior is porcelain enameled so it can be wiped down. When cleaning is needed, a rapid cool-down switch can be flipped to reduce the risk of burns and injury. For one-handed use, the doors are independent, which also reduces the amount of heat lost.

To adjust the temperature from 150 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, the Vulcan VC66ED double full-size convection oven has solid-state controls. The controls come with a 60-minute timer that indicates when food is done cooking, eliminating guesswork. Holding a range of products, each of the two decks come with five racks that are adjustable in 11 positions, and for strength, they're nickel plated. Both decks have bakery depths, meaning they're deeper than standard cavities to hold full-size pans side to side or front to back. Windows in the doors let employees monitor product as it cooks, and to illuminate the cabinet, it comes with interior lights.
