Vulcan VC4ED Description
Standing on 23 3⁄4-inch-high legs, the Vulcan VC4ED full-size convection oven's cavity is at a comfortable working height, and it resists scratches and corrosion with its stainless steel front, sides, and top. Interior temperatures can be adjusted from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with the solid-state controls, while the 60-minute timer has an audible alarm, alerting users when food is done. Humidity is controlled by a moisture vent damper, so the oven can cook moist or crispy dishes.
The Vulcan VC4ED electric convection oven features 11 rack positions in the cavity, and the five included racks are adjustable between these positions and can be raised or lowered as needed. For cleaning, the racks can be removed, while the steel interior has a porcelain enamel coating that releases most baked-on product. Its oven doors operate independently and are made of dent-resistant stainless steel. Because of the double-pane windows, the doors display products, so users don't need to open them unless adding or retrieving product.
