Vulcan VC44ED Description
The Vulcan VC44ED double convection oven helps kitchens quickly bake dishes, and in each section, an electric element provides heat, which is then pushed around foods by blowers. This design helps food bake evenly and speeds up the cooking process. Using the dial control, operators can set the interior temperature to a level between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while the timer can be set for 60 minutes or less. Once the specified time has passed, the unit will audibly alarm to alert the kitchen staff.
Designed with two insulated oven compartments, this Vulcan VC44ED electric convection oven is made of durable stainless steel on the front, top, and sides, and each section contains a porcelain-enameled finish on the inside—this slick polish prevents food from getting stuck and streamlines the cleaning process. For convenience, the racks are adjustable in each oven, accommodating different products.
