The Vulcan EV36S-4FP12G208 electric range supports single- or three-phase wiring and operates for installation flexibility. The cast iron French hot plates distribute heat evenly for sauteing and boiling. A 12-inch polished steel griddle provides consistent searing, and a 200–500-degree Fahrenheit thermostat enables precise temperature control across a wide cooking range. Overall, this unit measures 36 inches wide by 34 3⁄4 inches deep by 58 inches high.
The Vulcan EV36S-4FP12G208 electric range simplifies cleaning with a full-width crumb tray and includes cool-touch knobs and a stainless oven handle. The included oven fits 18-inch by 26-inch pans front to back or side to side and includes one rack with three adjustable positions. The oven's top browning control supports finishing tasks, and a spring-loaded oven door holds its alignment.
