Vulcan EV12-2FP480 Description
The Vulcan EV12-2FP480 Expando electric range measures just 12 inches wide, making it a space-efficient solution for tight cooklines, satellite stations, or mobile configurations. Despite its compact size, it can address the demands of busy foodservice establishments with its two 9 1⁄2-inch French plates, each powered by a 2-kilowatt heating element. Infinite control switches enable operators to fine-tune burner temperatures based on the application. A 10-inch riser behind the cook surface helps shield surrounding areas from heat and grease, while the enclosed base adds storage space within the footprint of the unit.
The Vulcan EV12-2FP480 range includes a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame for added durability during repeated use. The unit’s 31-inch-high body brings the cooktop to a comfortable working height, and the removable front panel simplifies access for maintenance. Exterior surfaces—including the front, sides, riser, and legs—are constructed of stainless steel to resist rust and support heavy cleaning. This model stands on 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs.
