The Vulcan EV12-2FP240 Expando electric range features two 91⁄2-inch round French plates. With infinite control switches for each burner, operators can precisely manage heat levels for a variety of cooking techniques. Its compact 12-inch-wide design is ideal for tight kitchens, and the enclosed base adds convenient storage beneath the cooktop. A 10-inch stainless steel riser behind the cooking surface helps protect nearby walls from grease and heat during operation.
The Vulcan EV12-2FP240 range includes a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame that enhances structural integrity under heavy use. Its 31-inch-high body raises the cooking surface to a comfortable height, while the removable front panel provides access to internal components for servicing. The exterior is finished in stainless steel—including the front, sides, riser, and legs—for durability and rust resistance. Height-adjustable 6-inch stainless steel legs ensure stability on uneven floors. This unit supports both 1-phase and 3-phase 240-volt electrical connections for flexible installation.
