Vulcan EV12-2FP208 Description
Equipped with two 9 1⁄2-inch round French plates, the Vulcan EV12-2FP208 Expando electric range supports high-intensity cooking with concentrated surface heat. Infinite control switches for each plate enable precise adjustments across a range of temperatures, making the unit versatile for sauteing, boiling, or holding. Its compact 12-inch width fits small workspaces, while the enclosed base offers built-in storage to maximize usable space. A 10-inch riser at the rear of the unit protects surrounding walls from grease, heat, and splatter during operation.
The Vulcan EV12-2FP208 Expando electric range includes a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame to improve structural durability. Its 31-inch-high body raises the cook surface to a comfortable height, and the removable front panel grants access to internal components for servicing. The front, sides, riser, and legs are all constructed of stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance and simplifying cleanup. This model includes 6-inch stainless steel legs that can be adjusted as needed.
