Traulsen G24313 Description
Because the Traulsen G24313 Dealer's Choice heated holding cabinet has two sections, it can hold large quantities of food at safe temperatures until serving time. The cabinet keeps food at an adjustable level between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and its low heat does not cook moisture out of food. To eliminate cold spots, heat moves around the cabinet in a circular pattern, while the Load-Sure guard ensures the heat pathway is not disrupted. Polyurethane insulation keeps heat from seeping out of the walls, and the doors are kept shut with magnetic gaskets, which are convenient to clean.
This Traulsen G24313 mobile heated cabinet is accessible through full-height doors that are hinged on the left and stay open past 120 degrees for cleaning. Made of aluminum, the cabinet's interior resists corrosion, while the exterior's heavy-duty construction consists of a stainless steel front, anodized aluminum sides, and galvanized steel back. All of these materials resist scratches, dings, dents, and warps and can withstand daily use.
