Ice-O-Matic CIM0520FW Description
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0520FW ice maker is a water-cooled system that connects to an establishment’s existing water system to produce ice. It makes full-cube ice, which is popular for drinks for its presentation value and slow melting rate, and its compact design takes up minimal space to offer flexibility for areas with space constraints.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0520FW full-cube ice machine features Agion® antimicrobial protection, adding a layer of defense against bacterial buildup to keep the ice maker sanitary. Its one-touch descaling functionality also works to combat contaminants inside the head. Before cleaning in a commercial dishwasher, the maker’s internal components can be conveniently snapped out.
