Each 54-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep shelf can support 800 pounds, though the unit shouldn’t be loaded with more than 2,000 pounds in total. As stock is rotated, the shelves can be repositioned along the 64-inch-tall posts, and to maintain sanitary surfaces, the shelves can be wiped down and washed in a dishmachine. Between standard cleanings, the shelves' polypropylene constructions resist rust and corrosion, while integrated Camguard® antimicrobial protection slows bacterial growth.
